Responsibilities:

• Prospective Student Engagement:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for individuals interested in our program offerings, providing information about curriculum, admissions requirements, and career paths.
• Conduct personalized prospective student interviews and share information highlighting our state-of-the-art facilities and the unique aspects of our industry training & curriculum.
• Admissions Counseling:
• Guide prospective students through the admissions process, offering assistance with application procedures, admissions requirements, and monitor engagement with our student finance team.
• Assess applicants' goals and interests to recommend the most suitable program of study.
• Application Processing:
• Review and process student applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate a smooth transition for admitted students.
• Interviews and Assessments:
• Conduct interviews to understand applicants' motivation, passion for the industry, and career aspirations.
• Evaluate applicants' suitability for the program and provide guidance on preparatory steps if needed.
• Data Management:
• Maintain accurate records of prospective students, applications, and admissions-related communications in the school's database.
• Generate reports to analyze the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred (Education, Marketing, Communication, etc.).
• Previous experience in admissions, student services, or the beauty industry is a plus.
• Genuine interest in esthetics and the beauty industry.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic data management.
• Scheduling flexibility including some nights and weekends on a rotating basis

Pay: $43,000.00 - $45,524.11 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
